Rocky Mountain Modular Space is pleased to announce that we are utilizing Reliant Asset Management, LLC (‘RAM’) as a Third party Lease Financing source for modular buildings. RMMS is looking forward to providing our customers for optional leasing terms, as well as finance leasing and buy-outs at end of term.

Rocky Mountain Modular Space has designed and incorporated a new Component Stand Alone MRI Line named “GLADIATOR“. Our turn key design specifications allow every O.E.M. for MR, CT, Angioplasty, and PET provider. GLADIATOR has the following: Solid steel and concrete construction, MR Ready, Customized layouts for scan room and control room, Hospital-grade receptacles & fixtures and HVAC and chiller-ready packages. The GLADIATOR has included a roof top hatch for the magnet to be inserted resulting in a quick time for patient and hospital occupation, resulting in higher capture patient ratio when speed is the difference. Additionally, the GLADIATOR is a welcomed addition for our National, Rural and International clients.

Rocky Mountain Modular Space introduces “PathFinder™”, the only full turn-key COMPONENT designed build with (1) Operating Room ASC with (4) beds and one dedicated ISO bed with all required O.E.M. equipment provided. It is shown on the new floor plan that Rocky Mountain Modular Space, Davis Jones Architecture and Emerald Construction developed in partnership for ASC (Ambulatory Surgical Center) certification.

Our mission developed a fully functional O.R. with all O.E.M. equipment with Med Gas to respond to Natural Disasters, Department of Corrections, Government solutions, as well as temporary SWING SPACE for hospitals. We have utilized only the finest O.E.M. equipment and BUILDING SPECIFICATIONS (IBC 2010) in order to meet the needs of our clients in a QUICK RESPONSE timeframe with permanent, temporary, and international considerations.

Davis / Jones Architecture, Inc. is a firm of two architects that are licensed to practice architecture in the states of Colorado, California, Texas, and Arizona.
