Using our proven method of design build component structures, we increase the time of occupation to capture patient load faster than traditional stick built projects. The reason is that while the components are being manufactured, the on site scopes are being completed at the same time, creating an accelerated construction process typically 40 percent faster than traditional stick buildings.

Internally, we offer all engineering services, internal finishes, and pre plumbed R.O. (Reverse Osmosis) water treatment installed at the manufacturing plant. Our partnership with GW Pumps continues at the site for specific O.E.M installation.
